You may use insurance to pay for your psychotherapy sessions, or pay for them yourself.

• Sessions are about $190-$210 for a session but could be different based on services provided

• You can use your Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account to pay for services

• If you have other PPO insurance your insurance may cover part of the fees for services
