Mindful Meditation Audio

This is a 12 minute mindfulness meditation audio recording for beginners (10 minutes of meditation). It has a lot of guidance.This is the kind of beginning mindfulness exercise I take my clients through during beginning sessions. I take you through a basic mindful awareness of breath, sounds, and body. It is unscripted and recorded informally so the quality is not great – I apologize for that. But hey, it is free! Feel free to take it with you or share it with your friends. When you get a hang of these instructions, you can try and do the meditation without instructions.
